Chain and choker selection
While you can see that our smaller pendant’s can come as described with a 20inch sterling silver snake chain, we currently also have available 30inch over the neck 1.5mm sterling silver box chains. We are subject to availability offering these to you if you wish with the pendent instead of a snake chain for no extra cost. Please email your order reference and name of the pendent and we will email confirmation that your chain has been changed.
With the larger pendent’s we offer high quality sterling silver chokers or long substantial 30inch sterling silver over the neck chains weighing 14-16 grams or if you prefer lighter quality sterling silver box chains . We are therefore currently offering with these pendant’s with either a sterling silver 2.5mm width Curb chains, 3.5mm width Belcher sterling silver chains, 1.5inch width sterling silver box chains or sterling silver high quality 2-3inch width chokers. If a 30inch chain is selected then the style of chain is selected by us based on the pendent, but if you have a preference of chain style email within an hour your order reference and name of the pendent and we will email confirmation that your chain choice has been selected or feel free to email prior to payment if you want to check chain stock levels.
Customised orders
For many of the small Bali handmade pendent’s we are able to offer a customized service. This means you may like to take a pendent we currently stock and change the gem stone or stones. If you would like two different gems in a drop pendent remember to clearly state in your email which stone you would like at the top and bottom of your pendent. All you need to do is email us the name of the pendent you would like to customise stating the changes in gem (s) you would like to make. We will email you within 24 hours or less whether or not your pendent can be made using the stones you select.
Payment for these orders must be by bill payment or cheque. You then send us a cheque for the pendent based on the in stock price for the traditional pendent plus an extra £2.50 customisation charge and postage costs (3.50 to the UK, please see payment details). As these items are made especially for you the process can take 3 weeks. Gem stone possible options could be:
