Payment 

We accept payment via PayPal, a secure online payment system protecting your bank details. We also accept Bill Payments and cheques payable to: The Silver Jewellery Cabin, (Please email with details of your order before sending a cheque or Bill Payment so we can check stock levels and put your item to one side). We do not accept cash through the post or credit cards over the phone.

Delivery

In stock items aims to be despatched the same day if ordered before 1pm. At very busy times however dispatch may take 2 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail Sign for or International sign for taking 1-2 business days in the UK and 3-7 business days typically worldwide. Delivery costs are: £3.50 to the UK, £8.00 elsewhere in Europe and £12.00 Worldwide. All items need a signature but should you miss the delivery a card will be left so you can collect your item locally or rearrange collection.

Returns

We offer a 7 working days no quibble money back guarantee from when your order arrives; excluding earrings for hygiene reason’s and excluding customised orders. If returning items please return item with the full packaging and box in original condition. We recommend you send back using royal mail Special delivery. Please email us prior to returning items and provide us with the tracking number. You will receive a refund within 2 working days of the item being returned.

Privacy policy

We never pass any details of our customers to any individuals or other external companies unless for legal reasons. We never cold call but we do send occasional emails about new products or special offers. We never have your credit card details as this is encrypted and secure via using PayPal.
